Dear 6 Humility, Time do fly... and soon, you will be on your way to the secondary school. It has been a joy to see you all growing and maturing over the two years (ha... just see the photographs for evidence of your growth... physically). I would like to take the opportunity at the end of the two years of formal teacher-student relationship by reminding all of you of the importance of ABCs of a student. Do remember them, and I believe the simple ABCs will serve you well. Remember Socrates – the example of humility, and Mother Teresa, our example of a giver. Emulate them, and you will grow to be fine young men and women. The other ABCs that I want you to take away will be expanded from our first class rule, Be Humble. Awe – Be filled with awe by the things surrounding us, whether it is from the smallest atom to the universe… there are really so many things to learn. Do go for those things that are worth going after by applying appropriate Evaluation skill (highest level in Bloom’s Taxonomy). As I have mentioned, just being curious is not enough. You must have the perseverance and stick-to-itness. Burning with curiosity will give you the necessary fuel to power your continuous quest for knowledge and wisdom. And Be Good, okay?!! Mr. Randy Khoo
